3-Color Slipware Plate — This 19th-century redware plate is 8" wide. Its finely coggled rim is hardly noticeable because the added decoration is extensive and beautiful. This rare plate is fully covered with yellow slip, creating a bright background for the many green and brown decorative splotches. Excellent condition.
